基于医学模拟教育的来华医学留学生实践教学体系构建初探 被引量:5

摘要 医学模拟教育是在社会大背景下随着科学技术与互联网产业的成熟发展而衍生出的一种新型教学模式,具备真实、可重复、多样、可控、成本-效益高的良好优势。在培养过程中,医学生需要通过临床实践加强理解医学理论知识、熟练掌握临床实践操作技能,建立科学有效的临床思维并培养有效的医患沟通、独立思考、团队合作等能力。本文基于医学模拟教育从合理规划培养模式、设计教学内容、应用多元化教学方法、重视debriefing学习反馈环节、建立多元化考核评价体系、培养专业人才师资队伍方面来探索如何构建来华医学留学生实践教学体系。 Medical simulation education is a new teaching mode derived from the mature development of science and technology and Internet industry under the background of the current society. It has the advantages of authenticity, repeatability, diversity, controllability and cost-effectiveness. In the process of training, medical students need to strengthen their understanding of the theoretical knowledge of medicine through clinical practice, master the skills of clinical practice, develop scientific and effective clinical thoughts and cultivate abilities of doctor-patient communication, independent thinking, team cooperation, and etc. Based on the medical simulation education, this article explores how to construct the practice teaching system for international medical students in China from the aspects of reasonably planning the training mode, designing the teaching content, applying the diversified teaching method, attaching importance to the debriefing learning feedback link, establishing the diversified assessment and evaluation system, and nurturing the teaching staff of professional expertise.
