摘要
本文通过分析近10个国家和地区营养师本科教育情况，结合上海交通大学医学院两次不同学制、不同学位营养专业本科教学实践以及学生就业情况，对适合我国营养师本科教育的学制和学位问题进行探讨。结果表明，目前国际通行的学制模式，即四年制理学士学位，比以前实行的五年制医学士学位更符合社会的实际需要，可以更好地培养营养专业人才。
In this article we introduced the investigation of dietitian undergraduate education programs in nearly 10 countries and regions, and compared the two different dietitian educational program with a bachelor degree of science and medicine in our school since 1989. The results indicated that the students with the four-year bachelor degree of science are more suitable for actual social needs than the five -year bachelor degree of medicine
