不同学制临床医学生实习不同阶段满意度认知比较及相关因素分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的:了解不同学制临床医学专业学生实习前后对实习满意度认知情况及相关因素,为临床教学及医院管理提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的问卷分别对临床医学生于不同实习阶段进行调查,并进行统计分析。结果:不同学制医学生实习前后对实习满意度均值存在显著性差异,实习后满意度均略有下降;八年制较五年制医学生实习满意度总体较高。结论:总体上医学生对临床实习满意度评价中等偏上,但高等医学院校应坚持长学制教育,并尽早规划职业发展,培养具有综合素养的医学生。 Objectives: To investigate the satisfaction and relevant factors across medical students of different academic structure in medico practice, and further offer advice on clinical teaching and hospital management. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was completed by medical students in medico practice, and data were extracted and analyzed. Results: The mean values of satisfaction score differed remarkably between individuals, and expectedly this score decreased moderately after clinical practice in different academic structure. In particular the 8-year program medical students got a higher score than the 5-year program medical students. Conclusions: Overall the satisfaction in medical students was above average. However, higher medical colleges and universities should stick to the long-term medical education and make plans for their career development as soon as possible, aiming to cultivate medical students of the comprehensive quality.
