摘要
为了解决硬开关逆变器开关损耗大、电磁干扰严重等问题并提高无刷直流电机功率变换器的整体效率,提出了一种谐振极软开关电压源逆变器。通过在传统硬开关逆变器的直流母线和三相输出端之间添加辅助谐振网络,实现了逆变桥开关器件的软开关切换。然后对该软开关逆变器拓扑的动作时序和工作模式进行了详细的阶段分析,并对电路的瞬态过渡过程进行了数学分析。最后,对提出的软开关逆变器进行了仿真验证。分析结果表明,辅助谐振网络的开关器件在零电流开关条件下开通和关断,其电压应力仅为直流母线电压的一半。仿真验证结果与电路原理的理论分析一致,表明电路结构和理论分析的正确性与可行性。
In order to solve the problems of hard-switching inverter including high switching loss and severe electromagnetic interference,and to improve the overall efficiency of brushless DC motor drive system,firstly,we proposed a novel resonant pole voltage source inverter.Soft switching operation of all switch devices in traditional inverter was realized by adding auxiliary resonant unit between the DC link and the three-phase output ports of inverter.Then,we analyzed the proposed soft switching inverter’s topology in operating sequence and working modes,and mathematically analyzed the equivalent circuits at different working modes.Finally,we simulated the proposed soft switching inverter.The analysis reveals that,when the auxiliary resonant switches are turned on and off under zero current switching condition,meanwhile their voltages are only a half of those on DC links.The simulative results are consistent with those by the circuit theory analysis,which ensures the validity and feasibility of the presented circuits and analyses.
