摘要
提出了一种新的正弦电压供电DBD型臭氧发生器基波等效电路,该电路由非线性基波等效电阻Re和基波等效电容Ce简单并联组成。基于此电路,研究了发生器的放电开始角、放电功率和功率因数等动态电气特性,得到了发生器最佳特征参数匹配范围。10~100g/h产量中频臭氧发生器的实际运行波形与测试结果证明了本文理论的正确性与实用性。
A kind of fundamental wave equivalent circuit of dielectric-barrier discharge ozone generator powered by sinusoidal voltage is proposed. The equivalent circuit consists of two nonlinear fundamental wave equivalent elements—resistor Re and capacitor Ce. They are in parallel with each other. Based on this equivalent circuit, some dynamic electrical parameters including Re, Ce,discharge starting angle q , discharge power P0 , as well as power factor PF are studied and discussed in detail,meanwhile a matching range for optimum characteristic parameters of ozone generator are also developed. The proposed theory and analysis are verified by experimental results The output of the testing ozone generators are 10~100g/h.
