摘要
大学新生是一个特殊的学生群体,面对与中学迥然不同的学习生活环境,容易出现困惑、不安等适应不良现象,他们能否尽快适应大学生活不仅直接关系到大学阶段的学习生活状况,而且关系到他们往后的发展以及对国家和社会所作出的贡献。辅导员在大学生思想政治教育工作中起着至关重要的作用,如何教育、引导新生尽快适应大学生活是摆在辅导员面前的迫切工作,文章创新性提出实施"113工程"的工作思路,在开展新生适应性教育工作时以班风学风建设为中心,以"三全育人"机制为抓手,坚持思想政治教育和心理辅导相结合,纪律教育和日常管理相结合,党团教育和校园文化建设相结合。
College freshman are a special group. Facing the unfamiliar living and study environment, they are always upset and even confused. Whether they can adapt to the university life is not only directly related to their future development, hut also to the contribution to our country and society. Counselors play a vital important role in the college students ; ideological and political education. It is very urgent for counselors to make the freshman quickly adapt to the college life. ＂ 113 project＂ is put forward in this article, which means： taking the construction of class and study atmosphere as the center, ＂ Three whole education mechanism＂ as means of adaptability education, and combining the ideological and political education with psychological guidance, integrating discipline education with daily management and connecting party ed- ucation with the construction of campus culture.
