摘要
大学一年级学生是一个特殊的学生群体，他们面临着与中学完全不同的学习生活环境，如何教育、引导学生尽快适应这种环境的转变，是我们需要研究的一个课题。因此有必要调研新生入学后的思想政治状况，探讨导致学生思想发展变化的一般规律，探索行之有效的思想教育的途径与方法，更好地开展对新生的思想教育和管理工作，为今后的大学生活乃至学生的成才道路奠定牢固的基础。
College freshmen are a special group of people. They are overwhelmed with the success of passing nation－ wide entrance examination and confused with a lot of problems as they entered the colleges. They are faced with entirely different learning and living conditions. How to help them to adapt to the new situations quickly is a challenge to us.Therefore we should seriously get to know their political thinking, investigate the general rules of changes in their ideology, explore the effective way of political instructions so as to be actively engaged in the field of political thinking and management and helpful in tapping the potential of their future successes both in their studies and their personal life.032,China)
