摘要
简要介绍上海金山铁路改造项目中既有桥利用、加固、改建的原则和门式墩、"歪脖子"墩、槽形梁、下承式钢桁梁等低高度结构的设计。根据金山铁路的技术特点,研究采用了"密布横梁体系钢正交异性板道砟整体桥面"新技术、"MMA+CAP"桥面轻质垫层体系新材料、"简支梁平面转体"和"框架桥无便梁顶进"新工艺,以期为其它既有线改造项目提供有益的借鉴。
This paper presented the general principle of the existing bridge utilization, strengthening and reconstruction of ShangHai-JinShan district railway, introduced the low height structure design methods of portal pier, eccentric bridge pier, u-shaped beam, and through steel truss bridge, and studied the new technology of whole orthogonal steel ballasted deck with densely covered transverse girders, new light quality underlayment material of bridge deck with MMA + CAP, the swing method of simple supported beam and thrust construction without temporary beam, which could provide a reference for other existing railway line reconstruction projects.
