摘要
以上海市嘉闵高架(春申铁路段)新建工程中上跨既有铁路高架桥Z9、Y9墩钢盖梁施工为例,介绍了钢盖梁的设计、钢混结合段施工、整体吊装等施工技术。该施工技术方便、简捷,既保证了既有沪春线的运营安全,又满足了工期要求,为今后类似工程的施工提供了借鉴。
Taking Z9, Y9 viaduct steel cap construction, in the new project of Shanghai Jia-Min viaduct （Chunshen railway division） as an example, this paper introduces the design of the viaduct steel cap over-passing an existing railway, the construction of steel-concrete joining section, the integral lifting and other construction technologies. Such construction technology is convenient and simple. It not only ensured the operation safety of the existing Chunshen railway division, but also met the requirements of the construction period. Furthermore, it can provide reference for similar projects.
