摘要
赣东北某金矿含金2.70g/t,金主要赋存于自然金和以黄铁矿为主的载金矿物中,与黄铁矿嵌布关系密切,具有较好的开发价值。为合理开发该矿产资源,对其进行了选矿工艺研究。结果表明,在-0.074mm含量占70%的磨矿细度条件下,采用丁铵黑药作捕收剂,经一次粗选、两次扫选、两次精选可获得含金71.32g/t,金回收率87.17%的金精矿,试验指标良好。
One gold ore in northeast of Jiangxi Province contains 2.70g/t Au, which has great value of development and utilization. Gold mainly exists in nature gold and gold bearing minerals such as pyrite, and the associated relationship between gold and pyrite is very close. The research on beneficiation process was conducted in this paper. The results showed that when used ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate as collector, through one roughing- two scavenging and two selecting flotation under the condition that 70% of the samples were -0.074ram, the grade and recovery of the gold concentrate were reached 71.32g/t and 87.17%, respectively.
