摘要
对山东某原生金矿石进行了可浮性试验研究。通过对浮选指标各影响因素的优化.得出了粗选的最佳操作条件:磨矿细度-74μm 60%;活化剂CuSO_4150g/t;复合捕收剂LD-1 100g/t;起泡剂11号油20 g/t。在此条件下进行一次粗选、两次精选、两次扫选实验室闭路试验,可获得金精矿品位为73.46g/t、回收率为95.29%的较好指标,表明该原生金矿可以通过浮选达到顶先富集的目的。
The floatability test of a gold ore of Shandong was performed. The optimal roughing conditions were achieved by optimizing the influence factors of flotation index, they are grinding size of 60% -74μm, and reagents dosage of CuSO4 is 150g/t, LD-1 is 100g/t and 11 oil is 20g/t. Laboratory test through a flotation flowsheet of "one-stage roughing, two-stage cleaning and two-stage scavenging" at the optimal operating conditions was performed. The gold with the grade of 73.46g/t and the recovery of 95.29% can be obtained. It showed that this primary gold ore can be enriched by flotation.
