摘要
通过对英国中小学校本课程开发的历史轨迹的总结,得出英国开发校本课程的经验:重视制度保障,重视提高教师校本课程开发的能力和校本课程开发权力,国家课程开发和校本课程开发的平衡发展及校本课程开发的伙伴协作等方面,进而提出对我国校本课程开发的启示,即建立相应的校本课程开发的制度作保障,增强教师校本课程开发的意识和能力,寻求国家课程开发与校本课程开发的协调配合以及争取校本课程开发的外部支持。
The development of school-based curriculum is a spotlight of curriculum reform in the national basic education, the development of school-based curriculum has become a worldwide curriculum reform movement. Britain is the first and one of most successful countries to implement the development of school-based curriculum. This article summarizes the historical development of primary and secondary school-based curriculum in England, and puts forward the experience of development of school-based curriculum in British: emphasizing the system guarantee, paying attention to improving teachers' ability of developing school-based curriculum and development power, the balanced-development between national curriculum development and the school-based curriculum development and school-based curriculum development partners. And then put forward the revelation on the development of school-based curriculum in our country, namely, to establish the corresponding system of school-based curriculum development as guarantee; to strengthen teachers' consciousness and ability on the development of school-based curriculum; seek cooperation of national curriculum development and the school-based curriculum development and strive for external support about the development of school-based curriculum.
