摘要
目的:依据全面、科学的聘任考核标准,建立卫生院校专业技术职务评聘分开指标体系。方法:制定考核标准,采取竞争择优的方法,建立专任教师和实验教师专业技术职务聘任考核的指标体系。结果:实施评聘分开的3级结构指标体系,对各级教师在育人、教学、教研、学生的实习与就业、教师的进修与培养等方面履行岗位职责、进行百分制考核。结论:通过评聘分开工作的实施,打破专业技术职务的终身制,使教师的业务能力、技术水平得到正确评价,并可激发其工作、学习热情和创造潜能,教书育人质量得到全面提高。
Objective: According to comprehensive and scientific standard for recruitment and assessment, this paper aims to formulate an index system for academy to implement separation of evaluation and appointment to professional technicians. Methods: This paper adopts method of competition and selection to formulate a standard system for evaluation, so as to formulate a comprehensive system of separation of evaluation and appointment for professional technicians. Results: This index system for separation of evaluation and appointment is divided into three levels, so as to implement percentile evaluation, so as to evaluate teachers of different levels about education, teaching, research, practice and employment, further education and teacher cultivation. Conclusion: With the system of separation of evaluation and appointment implementing, it has broken the tenure systemof professional technicians, enable teacher's professional ability and technical level to obtain the correct appraisal, stimulate their potential of working, learning and innovating, so as to improve the quality of education.
