摘要
利用层次分析法对高校职称评聘的标准进行界定,将人的主观判断用数量形式进行表达和处理,确定了职称评聘因素的指标及每一指标的权重,利用相关性分析,验证了这种判别方法的有效性和可靠性,是职称评聘中量化的一个有效途径.
Use AHP to determine more scientific standard definition for the title evaluation of universities, it conducts people~ subjective judgement by the quantity form of expression and treatment, determines the fac- tors of title evaluation indicators, makes use of AHP to determine the weight of each indicator, and by use of dependence analysis, verify the reliability and validity of this method. As a result, evaluation for the title evaluation in universities is scientifical and fair.
