基于PWV/ABI检测的社区中老年人血管机能状况研究 被引量:3

摘要 选取196名参与我院体质健康测评服务进社区活动的中老年人,使之全部完成规律运动调查问卷及(PWV/ABI)血管机能检测,以比较不同性别、年龄、运动习惯血管机能的差异.结果发现中老年人在不同年龄阶段其血压分布呈现一定的规律性,随着年龄段的增长,高血压人群比例逐渐扩大;臂踝脉搏波速度(baPWV)随着年龄段的增大而显著上升,且各年龄段之间差异显著(P<0.01);规律运动的中老年人其血管弹性优于无规律运动组(t=-2.807,P<0.01).由此得出结论:51~60岁是高血压发生的高危年龄段,处于血压高值范围内的人尤其要警惕高血压的发生;中老年人血管弹性程度随年龄段增大呈现明显下降趋势;规律运动可影响中老年人血管机能状况,提示中老年人参加规律性体育锻炼有利于预防心血管疾病. 196 mid-aged and elderly people who participated in the physical fitness test service were chosen to made regular exercise questionnaires and (PWT/ABI) vascular function detection to compare the differences of vascular function among the community mid-aged and elderly people with different gender, age and exercise habit. The results show that the blood pressure of mid aged and elderly people represents certain regularity in different age stages, the hypertensive population ratio gradually expands with the growth of age. Brachial ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) increases significantly with the increase of age, and the difference among the ages is significantly(P %0.01). The vascular elasticity of the mid-aged and elderly people with regular exercise is superior to those with no regular exercise(t=- 2. 807, P%0.01 ). Therefore, people between 51 and 60 are in high risk of hypertension, and for people in high range of blood pressure should be more alert to the occurrence of hypertension. The vascular elasticity of the mid-aged and elderly people declines significantly with the increase of age. Regular exercise can influence the vascular function of mid-aged and elderly people, so that the participation of regular physical exercise is conducive to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases for mid aged and elderly people.
