摘要
以金属钠、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、氯苯和甲苯为原料,采用钠缩合法制备甲基苯基二甲氧基硅烷,对产物进行了表征,利用单因素实验方法对合成工艺进行了优化.结果表明:当原料中氯苯、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、金属钠与甲苯的物质的量之比为1∶4∶2.08∶6,反应时间6h,反应温度104℃时,甲基苯基二甲氧基硅烷的合成产率达到73.4%.
Methyltrimethoxysilane, chlorobenzene, toluene and sodium were taken as the raw materials to synthesize methylphenyldimethoxysilane by Wurtz reaction. The product was characterized with NMR spectra and the optimum conditions were determined by singlefactor experiment method. The results indicate that when the molar ration of chlorobenzene, methyltrimethoxysilane, sodium and toluene is 1 : 4 : 2.08 : 6, the reaction time is 6 h, and the reaction temperature is 104 ℃, the synthetic yield of methylphenyldimethoxysilane is 73.4%.
