摘要
通过定量阐释临沂市基础教育在经费投入、教师素质、学校规模等方面的成绩,可以系统分析其资源配置存在的区际、层际、校际间的差异问题,并据此提出均衡发展理念、资源共享策略、优化空间布局、树立效率原则等举措,以期实现临沂市基础教育的和谐发展。
On the basis of quantitative interpretation of the basic education resource in Linyi city, such as these a- chievements of education funds, teachers quality and school scale etc The questions of the difference of basic edu- cation resource allocation in different regions, educational phase and schools have been analyzed, and then the con- cept of balanced development, resource sharing strategy, optimal allocation, giving priority to efficiency are given, we hope harmonious development of basic education in Linyi city will come true.
