摘要
带式输送机可以用于水平运输或倾斜运输,使用非常方便,广泛应用于各行各业。在输送机的运行过程中经常发生输送带跑偏,输送带跑偏除了自身设备的原因外,还有安装调试和日常使用方面的原因。针对不同的原因进行了分析,并提出了调整办法及预防措施。
Belt conveyor can be applied to horizontal or tilted transportation, is widely used in many fields. In the operation of belt conveyor, the belt often run away. The reasons for running deviation may be in installation debugging and daily use. By analyzing different reasons, the paper puts forward some measures to adjust deviation and prevent the belt from runaway.
