摘要
对大批量生产感应电动机定子外圆车削的专用车床自动上下料问题进行了分析,提出了采用气动送料机械手把定子送入车床主轴的中心位置,再由芯轴和尾座夹紧工件进行加工,加工完毕后用另一接料机械手卸下零件的自动上下料系统。此自动上下料加工系统应用机械手取代了传统的人工操作,比常见的夹持式机械手具有更高的生产效率,实现了车削过程自动化的批量生产,提高了生产过程的自动化程度。
The stator outer circular surface of induction motor is processed by a special lathe, this paper introduces an automatic feeding system for the lathe. At first, the stator is put to the processing position by a pneumatic feeding manipulator and clamped by a core shaft and a tailstock. After processing, the stator is romoved by another manipulator automatically. This automatic feeding system applying manipulators to replace the traditional manual operation, with higher production efficiency, realizes the turning process automation in mass production of stators.
