摘要
本文深入研究了双MPU动态信号自动采集与分析系统,并重点介绍了其中独特的设计思想和最新的研究成果。该系统选取高性能单片机芯片为主控制器,采用了双MPU并行处理和双A/D芯片联合模一数转换的技术,并通过硬件设计彻底解决了多MPU公用数据存储器所带来的总线竞争问题。在系统中利用大规模集成电路将电荷放大器、自适应量程电压放大器、程控抗混滤波器、A/D转换器、大容量非易失数据存储器、图形液晶显示器和通讯接口集成在一起。并把信号的电荷放大/电压放大、滤波、采样─保持和模─数转换四路并行处理。该系统已成功地应用于车削过程的在线识别与监控,获得了预期的效果。
This paper researches deeply the automatic sampling and analysing system underdual MPU control and intreduces emphatically its original design ideas and the newest achievements. In the systemm, two high performance single chip micro-computers are adopted asthe master controller. The whole structure of dual MPU is completed with hardware. UsingLSI circuits, the system integrates the charge amplifiers, the voltage amplifiers under automatic gain control, the programmable anti- blending filters, the A/D converters, the large capacity data storage, the dot array LCD and communication POrts into one complete identificationand monitoring system. In the preamplifier circuit, charge amplifiers, filters, track/hold ampllfiers and A/D converters are all oPerated parallelly. The system has been adapted to the on-line identification and monitoring of turning and got satisfying effect.
