摘要
基于有限元方法,采用ANSYS软件对金属切削过程进行数值模拟,建立合理的二维有限元模型,模拟切屑的形成及切削区分布,进行应力应变分析。该方法简单正确,可以为金属切削理论的研究和刀具角度优化提供新思路。
Based on finite element method and ANSYS software, the chip forming and the stress-strain distribution in cutting zone for the two-dimensional metal cutting process are simulated by establishing the rational finite element model. This method is more effective. Its application will be helpful to the analysis of metal cutting principles and to the design of the cutting tools.
