摘要
为获得水泥路面金刚石研磨纹理的施工参数,在ABAQUS中建立刀片正交切削水泥混凝土路面的有限元模型,分析金刚石研磨纹理施工过程中进给速度、刀片转速、切削深度3个施工参数对切削力的影响。结果表明,平均切削力随进给速度和切削深度的增大而增大,随刀片转速的增大而减小;进给速度对切削力的影响最大,刀片转速对切削力的影响最小。根据室内纹理施工效果,确定金刚石研磨纹理的优选施工参数为进给速度0.9 m/min,刀片转速480 r/min,切削深度2 mm。
In order to obtain the construction parameters of diamond grinding texture,a finite element model of blade orthogonal cutting cement concrete pavement is established in ABAQUS,and the influence of three construction parameters of feeding speed,rotation speed and cutting depth on the cutting force during the construction of diamond grinding texture is analyzed.The results show that the average cutting force increases with the increase of feeding speed and cutting depth,and decreases with the increase of rotation speed.The feeding speed has the greatest influence on the cutting force,and the rotation speed has the least influence on the cutting force.Based on the indoor texture construction effect,the optimal construction parameters of diamond grinding texture are determined to be 0.9 m/min of feeding speed,480 r/min of rotation speed and 2 mm of cutting depth.
