淬火温度对车轴管用XCQ16-1钢组织和性能的影响

摘要 对车轴管用XCQ16—1钢进行了不同温度淬火和相同温度回火的热处理,测定了其力学性能,并用OM和SEM对热处理后钢的显微组织和断口形貌进行了观察,分析了淬火温度对其组织和性能的影响机理。结果表明:在840-910℃的温度淬火对XCQ16—1钢屈服强度、抗拉强度和硬度的影响不大,而对伸长率和冲击功的影响较大;860℃淬火后该钢具有良好的综合力学性能,可满足车轴管钢的要求;860℃淬火+490℃回火后该钢的显微组织为回火索氏体,冲击断口具有韧性断裂特征。 XCQ16-1 steel using for axle pipe was quenched at different temperatures and then tempered at the same temperature. The mechanical properties were deterimined. The mechanism of the quenching temperature affecting its properties was analyzed by observing the microstructure and morphology feature after heat treatment using OM and SEM. The results show that the quenching temperature had little effect on yield and tensile strength and hardness of XCQ16-1 steel using for axle pipe in the range of 840--910 ℃, but obvious effect on the elongation rate and impact work. The steel could get good comprehensive mechanical properties after quenched at 860 ℃ which could meet the need of axle steel. The microstructure was tempered sorbite and the fracture feature was ductile fracture after quenched at 860℃ and tempered at 490 ℃.
