摘要
目的 介绍重型颅脑损伤CT分型方法,探讨其判断病情和预后的价值。方法 回顾208例重型颅脑损伤CT表现及相关临床资料,分析不同类型CT表现与病情和预后的关系。结果 本组病例在应用CT分型后CT显示的各型脑损伤部位、范围、轻重程度等对患者预后有显著影响。结论
Objectives According to its CT manifestation, classification of the severe brain injury was introduced and the relation between its CT types and prognoses was approached. Methods CT manifestations and clinical data of 208 patiests with severe brain injury were reviewed. The severe brain injury was classified in the light of its CT manifestations and the prognoses of different CT types was analyzed in the patients with severe brain injury. Results The prognoses of the various CT types of severe brain injury were different from each ather. Location, size and severity degrees of brain injury shown by CT affected significantly the prognoses in the patients with severe brain injury. Conclusions The CT dassification was helpful to early and correct assessment of the conditions and prognoses in the patients with severe brain injury.
