摘要
回顾性分析34例脑弥漫性轴索损伤病例的CT征象和临床特点，使用西门子SomatomARC机，伤后24小时内扫描。结果CT典型的征象：脑白质内单发或多发小出血灶（直径小于2cm，无占位效应和中线结构移位）蛛网膜下腔出血和脑室内出血，急性弥漫性脑肿胀。我们认为CT可为本病的临床诊断提供可靠的影像学依据。
The CT signs and clinic features of 34 cases in diffuse axonal injury of acute head injury were retrospectively analysed. All patients were studied with Simens ARC CT scanners in 24h after injury. The typical CT signs consist: of the presence one or more hemorrhage lesions (Less than 2cm in diameter) at white matter without occupying effect and no middle line structure deviation, Subarachnoid hemorrhage, in ventricular hemorrhage and acute diffuse brain swelling. We conclued that CT can provide reliable evidence for clinic dignosis of DAI.
