摘要
为探讨吻合器非对称性可选择性切除术（ASR）治疗}昆合痔的临床疗效，我科应用ASR治疗混合痔50例。结果显示，50例患者全部治愈，平均手术时间为22．5min，平均住院时间为4d。术后均无肛门狭窄、肛门失禁等并发症发生。随访3～6个月，均无复发。结果表明，ASR治疗混合痔治愈率高，患者住院时间短，术后并发症少，值得临床推广应用。
In order to investigate the clinical effect of stapler asymmetric selective resection（ASR） in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, author＇s department adapted ASR to treat 50 cases of mixed hemorrhoids. As results,the 50 patients were cured,the average time for operation was 22.5min, average hospitalization duration was 4 days;after operation no anal stenosis,anal incontinence, and so on were found;the follow-up of 3-6 months did not find any recurrence. Results show that using ASR to treat mixed hemorrhoids has the merits such as higher curative rate,shorter hospital stay and less postoperative complication,thus it is wor- thy to be popularized clinically.
