摘要
目的进行茴拉西坦分散片体外溶出度测定方法研究。方法采用药典规定的转篮法和桨法,以溶出度为考察指标,考察不同脱气方式对茴拉西坦分散片转篮法和桨法2种溶出度测定方法的影响。结果不同脱气方式对转篮法测定茴拉西坦分散片体外溶出度影响较大,对桨法测定茴拉西坦分散片体外溶出度影响较小。结论桨法测定茴拉西坦分散片体外溶出度数据稳定可靠,可有效地控制产品的质量。
Objective To study the dissolution method of Aniracetam Dispersible Tablets.Method In order to determine the impact of different degassing way on the two dissolution methods,basket method and paddle method of Aniracetam Dispersible Tablets（MTT）,basket method and paddle method were taken as the program,and the dissolution as the index.Results The different degassing way has greater impact on the basket method than on the paddle method during the determination of dissolution.Conclusion The data of paddle method to determine Aniracetam Dispersible Tablets dissolution is reliable,and can effectively control the quality of the product.
