摘要
由于各地风力和太阳能资源禀赋不同,各项目所选用的发电设备不同,风电和光伏发电项目的发电成本往往难以准确计算。文章介绍了参考RETScreen软件数据库开发的针对单个风力发电项目和光伏发电项目的综合可再生能源决策支持模型IRPP。该模型可以根据不同地区的资源禀赋、不同的设备选型以及所采用的不同技术,计算得到项目年发电量和单位发电成本,并能通过敏感性分析模块分析项目发电成本对于资源禀赋、初始投资的敏感性。
Due to the different resource potential and equipment, it's difficult to calculate the exact generation cost for different wind and PV power projects. A comprehensive tool is strongly needed to perform the economic evaluation of wind or PV power projects especially for provincial government when formulating planning and approving projects. An economic evaluation model-IRPP (Integrated Renewable Energy Planning) is introduced for wind and PV power projects, based on a detailed meteo- rological and product database from RETscreen. The model can calculate the annual generation cost ac- cording to the resource potential of project location ,generation equipment type and technique. More- over, sensitivity analyze module is integrated in the model.
