摘要
目的 :观察大剂量 ,短疗程心先安 (Mc AMP)治疗慢性心功能不全 (CHF)疗效。方法 :应用大剂量 Mc AMP治疗5 2例 CHF患者 ,前后应用无创心功能检测进行对比分析。结果 :用药后心脏除左室收缩功能、心泵功能改善 ,血管外周阻力 (TPR)降低外 (P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,左室舒张末压降低 ,心舒张功能亦好转 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,临床心功能改善 ,总有效率6 7.31 %。结论 :大剂量心先安是治疗 CHF的有效药物之一。
Purpose:To observe the curative effect of McAMP with high dose and short therapeutic course for chronic heart failure (CHF).Method:Treatment with high dose McAMP for 52 cases of CHF was conducted,and contrast analysis was made for the cardiac function detected with invasive method before and after treatment.Results:After treatment the contraction function of left ventricle,and the heart pump function improved,the total peripheral resistance (TPR) decreased ( P <0.001),left ventricular and diastolic pressure decreased and the cardiac diastolic function got better ( P <0.05),and the clinical cardiac function improved,the total effective rate was 67.31%.Conclusion:High dose McAMP was one of the effective dugs for CHF.
