摘要
目的 :应用双侧带蒂胸脐皮瓣修复手部皮肤脱套伤 ,使手术更加简单实用。方法 :用双侧带蒂胸脐皮瓣修复手部皮肤脱套伤所致的皮肤缺损。结果 :8例病人用此法治疗 ,术后随访 3～ 6月 ,皮瓣均成活。结论 :双侧带蒂胸脐皮瓣修复手部皮肤脱套伤是一种新颖、安全、简单、实用的方法 ,为下一步伤手的功能重建提供了有力的基础。此法适合于创面巨大、受区血管受损、胸脐皮瓣血管变异、缺乏显微外科技术时应用。
Objective:Repair avulsion of hand with double thoraco-umbilical pedicle flap,to make operation more simply and practically.Method:Use double thoraco-umbilical pedicle flap to repair avulsion of hand in 8 cases.Result:All flaps in 8 cases survived well.Conclusion:Repair avulsion of hand with doublc thoraco-umbilical pedicle flap is newer,safe,simple and practical.This method could be widely used in giant surface wound,blood vessels damage of accepting region,variation of epigastirc inferior vessels,microsurgery skill and apparatus defect.
