摘要
据统计,旋转机械的故障有30%是由轴承故障引起的。滚动轴承的状态监测和故障诊断一直是国内外发展机械故障诊断技术的研究重点之一。文章研究了冲击脉冲法的原理和评判依据,以洗煤厂渣浆泵滚动轴承组件为对象,利用冲击脉冲法研究了其状态监测和故障诊断问题,通过对洗煤厂渣浆泵轴承组件的跟踪监测,并对监测结果进行了趋势分析,发现了该滚动轴承组件存在故障的结论,检修结果验证了判断结果的正确性,对在役滚动轴承的状态监测和故障诊断具有重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。
According to the statistics,about 30% faults of the rotary machinery were caused by the bearing faults.The status monitoring and fault diagnosis of the rolling bearing are always one of the key study on the mechanical fault diagnosis technology developed at home and abroad.The paper had a study on the principle and assessment basis of the impact pulse method.Base on the rolling bearing component of the slurry pump in the coal preparation plant as an object,the impact pulse method was applied to study the status monitoring and measuring and the fault diagnosis problems.With the tracking monitoring and measuring of the bearing component for the slurry pump in the coal preparation plant,a tendency analysis was conducted on the monitoring and measuring results.A conclusion on the faults existed in the rolling bearing component was obtained.The maintenance results verified the correction of the assessment results and would have important reference value and the reference significances to the status monitoring and measuring as well as the fault diagnosis pf the rolling bearings in service.
