摘要
为了提高弹丸弹着点测量精度不高等问题,提出了一种激光光幕靶测量弹着点的新方法。该光电靶为四个激光器发出的相互交叉的扇形光幕形成的大激光光幕,其光幕的强度可以利用光电二极管阵列进行测量。飞行的子弹穿过激光光幕时,会遮挡住投射在光电二极管阵列上的光,使光电二极管接收到相应的信号,然后对信号进行采集和分析便可计算出弹丸的弹着点。最后根据弹丸直径为7.62mm的射击实验得到弹丸的弹着点,该实验的结果表明该方法结构简单,易于操作,并且有较高的测量精度。
Abstract: In order to improve projectile point of impact measurement accuracy is not high enough, we propose a laser screen coordinates of the new method of measurement. The vertical target is a large fan - shaped laser light formed by four cross - cutting issue of the laser light, and the intensity of the light curtain can be measured by the photodiode array row. When the bullets are flying through the laser screen, they will block the projection light on the photodiede array, and the photodiode array can receive the corresponding signal, then we can calculated out the coordinates of the bullet impact point by acquiring and processing the signal. Finally, according to the projectile diameter is 7.62mm shooting experiments the point of impact of the projectile, The experiment results show that this method of simple structure, easy operation, and has high precision,
