摘要
介绍了逆向工程的实施步骤,分析了数据采集的方法和三坐标测量机的特点,提出在三坐标测量机的基础上开发激光扫描系统。分析了激光扫描实现的原理,提出了一种点激光自动跟随式扫描方法,详细介绍了基于三坐标测量机的激光扫描系统的开发流程,并通过实验验证了开发的激光扫描系统的功能。对基于三坐标测量机的激光扫描系统的发展趋势进行了展望。
The process of reverse engineering is introduced, the strategy of data collection as well as the characteristic of the coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is analyzed, and a laser scanning system based on CMM is presented. The methodology of the laser scanning is analyzed, a profile modeling based tracking method is proposed for point laser probes, and the developing process of the CMM based laser scanning system is discussed in detail; furthermore, the functions of the developed laser scanning system are demonstrated by experiment. Finally, the development trend of this CMM based laser scanning system is prospected.
