摘要
为了探讨凉粉草(Mesona chinensis)的光合特性,探索合适的种植模式,采用LI-6400XT便携式光合系统测定了6份不同产地的凉粉草种质的光合日变化和光响应曲线,同时利用分光光度法测定了叶片的叶绿素含量。结果表明,三甲仙草和下坝仙草的"午休"现象是气孔因素和非气孔因素共同作用的结果,灵山大叶、灵山小叶、派潭仙草和越南仙草为气孔因素的作用;6种凉粉草光补偿点的高低顺序依次为灵山小叶>三甲仙草>下坝仙草>派潭仙草>灵山大叶>越南仙草,光饱和点的高低顺序为灵山小叶>下坝仙草>越南仙草>派潭仙草>灵山大叶>三甲仙草。方差分析表明,灵山小叶的光补偿点和光饱和点均显著高于(P<0.05)其他5种凉粉草,适合在光照较强的环境中生长,越南仙草的光补偿点最低(P<0.01),较为耐阴,可能适应林下栽培模式;6份凉粉草种质叶片的叶绿素含量与最大净光合速率显著正相关(P<0.05),而日变化净光合速率均值是各种环境因素和内在因素共同作用的结果。本研究可为探索凉粉草种植模式、合理规范化种植和优良品系筛选等方面提供理论依据。
In order to study the photosynthetic characteristics of six germplasm of Mesona chinensis for exploring suitable planting model, LI-6400XT portable photosynthesis system was used to measure diurnal dynamics of the photosynthetic characteristics, light-response curve of photosynthesis, and chlorophyll content was measured with spectrophotometry. The results showed that stomatal and non-stomatal factors played a positive role in the change of photosynthesis of Sanjia Mesona and Xiaba Mesona, while stomatal factor induced the changes of photosynthesis of the others. Light compensation point (LCP) of six germplasm of Mesona size order is Lingshan small-leaf〉Sanjia Mesona〉Xxiaba Mesona〉Paitan Mesona〉 Lingshan big-leaf〉Vietnam Mesona and light saturation point (LSP) size order is Lingshan small-leaf Xiaba Mesona〉Vietnam Mesona〉Paitan Mesona〉Lingshan big-leaf〉Sanjia Mesona. Variance analysis shows that LCP and LSP of lingshan small-leaf are much higher than those of other Mesona (P〈0.05), and it is adaptive to the environment with high level of light intensity. I.CP of Vietnam Mesona is lowest (P%0.01), showing that it was shade-tolerant and attempted to plant under forest. There was a significant positive correlation between chlorophyll content and P and daily variation regularity of Pn was caused by environmental factors and internal factors. The study provides theoretical basis for exploring Mesona planting model, reasonable standardized planting and screening of improved strains.
