摘要
目的探讨新型健康教育在早产儿视网膜病变筛查中的应用。方法将2011年3月至2011年8月的111例和2011年9月至2012年2月的114例的筛查早产儿视网膜分为两组,两组患者的一般情况、疾病情况等比较差异无显著性(P〈0.05)。I组患者给予常规的健康教育,Ⅱ组患者给予新型的健康教育,比较两组患儿的随访率。结果Ⅱ组患儿经过新型的健康教育,随访率明显优于I组患者,组间数据比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论进行新型健康教育,患者的随访率提高明显,值得在临床推广。
Objective To discuss the application effects of the new heahh education in retinopathy screening of prematurity. Methods Among the cases of screening for retinopathy of prematurity, 111 cases from March 2011 to August 2011 and 114 cases from September 2011 to February 2012, were divided into two groups, patients of two groups with general disease conditions, no obvious difference. Group I patients received routine health education, group II patients were given the model of health education, and the follow-up rate of two groups were compared. Results Group II patients through the model of health education, the follow-up rate was significantly better than that of group I patients, showing statistical significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion A new health education can increase patients' follow-up rate significantly, it is worthy of clinical application.
