左炔诺孕酮缓释系统（曼月乐）在子宫内膜增生症中的应用 被引量：17

摘要 目的探讨左炔诺孕酮缓释系统（曼月乐）治疗子宫内膜增殖症中的应用。方法将我院2010年2月至2012年2月100例子宫内膜增殖症患者（排除宫内节育器放置禁忌）随机分为两组，治疗组放置曼月乐环，对照组应用孕激素治疗，术后随诊监测月经量、子宫内膜厚度等指标变化，比较两组之间的差异。结果与治疗前比较，治疗组治疗后各时期的月经量及子宫内膜厚度明显减少（P〈0．05），治疗组的患者满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论左炔诺孕酮缓释系统（曼月乐）治疗子宫内膜增殖症，能够有效减少月经量，缩小子宫内膜厚度，副作用小，值得推广。
