左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统临床应用的相关问题 被引量：23

摘要 左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统（LNG-IUS），是继口服避孕药之后可逆避孕领域的又一重大突破，其兼具宫内节育器（IUD）和甾体激素避孕方法（包括口服、皮下埋植、注射等给药方式）的优点，不仅具有高效、长效的避孕效果，而且有其他更多的对健康的益处。为促进LNG-IUS的推广应用，本讲座以国内外专家对其在临床使用中常见的一些问题所达成的共识为依据，提供循证的技术信息，供避孕服务提供者在提供LNG-IUS医疗服务和咨询时作为参考。
