摘要
以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)、多聚甲醛、二异丙醇胺为原料,合成出一种新型含氮含磷反应型DOPO类阻燃剂,对其结构进行了表征,并初步研究了这种物质在空气气氛中的耐热性能。结果表明,该产物在178℃开始分解,到700℃剩余10.02%。将其加入到聚氨酯中制备复合材料,在氮气气氛中进行热重测试,发现随其用量加大,复合材料的初始分解温度有逐渐降低的趋势,失重台阶的降解活化能也是逐渐降低,但都比纯聚氨酯的高,证明添加此种阻燃剂之后起到了一定的耐热效果,且当添加量为2份时综合性能最好。其在空气气氛中进行热重测试,在239.7℃开始分解,主要有两大失重平台,分别失重22.06%和10.03%,在700℃时还剩余8.18%。然后探讨了复合材料降解过程的机理。
A new type reactive nitrogen-phosphorus-contained DOPO-based flame retardants were synthesized with 9, 10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO), paraformaldehyde and diisopropanolamine.Their structures were characterized, and the thermal properties of the flame retardants in air atmosphere were studied.The results show that this product begins to decompose in 178℃, remaining 10.02% at 700℃ .When it is added to the polyurethane to make the composites, according to their TGA results in nitrogen, the initial decomposition temperature of the composites decrease, the same as their weightlessness stepped degradation activation energy, and they are all higher than pure polyurethane.So it is proved that this composite play a certain flame-retardant effect after adding such flame retardants, when its content is 2%, the overall performance of the composite are the best.TGA results in air atmosphere show that the composites decompose at 239.7℃, there are two weight loss platform, the weight loss are 22.06% and 10.03% respectively, the remaining is 8.18% at 700℃ .Then the mechanism of the degradation process of the composites was explored.
