β-环糊精与水包合物的脱水过程机理及动力学研究

摘要 用等温热重法和非等温热重法研究了β-环糊精与水包合物的脱水过程,结果表明:包合物中的11个水分子是在同一个阶段脱去的,脱水过程受三维相边界反应机理控制.其表观活化能E=59.25kJ·mol-1,频率因子A=8.685×106min-1,动力学补偿方程式为logA=0.4732E-18.8664. The dehydration of the complex of β-cyclodextrin with water was studied by means ofthermogravimetry Loth at the constant temperature and linear increasing temperature. The results show thatthe eleven water molecular are dehydrated at the same stage. The dehydration process is dominated by a three-dimensional phase boundary reaction (R3). The activition energy E is 59. 25kJ·mol-1. The preexponential factor A is 8. 685×106min-1. The kinetic compensation equation is logA=0. 4732E-18. 866 4.
