摘要
目的研究脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)和经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检查在后循环缺血早期诊断中的应用价值。方法 2012-01—2012-12淮南东方医院集团总院神经内科收治62例经磁共振血管成像(MRA)确诊的后循环缺血患者,分别进行BAEP和TCD检查观察是否有相应改变,进而明确该两项检查应用于后循环缺血的诊断价值。结果 62例后循环缺血患者中,BAEP异常58例,异常率95.5%;TCD异常54例,异常率87%。结论 BAEP和TCD的异常对早期诊断后循环缺血有意义。
Objective To study the application value of brainstem auditory evoked potential （BAEP） and transcranial Doppler （TCD） in earlier diagnose of posterior circulation ischemia. Methods Totally 62 patients with posterior circulation is- chemia confirmed by magnetic resonance angiography （MRA） admitted to General Hospital of Huainan East Hospital Corp during Jan. 2012 to Aug. 2012 were adopted in this study, All the patients were observed of BAEP and TCD to study the application value of these two exams in earlier diagnose of posterior circulation ischernia. Results Abnormal rate of BAEP and TCD were 95.5% and 87% with all the 62 patients with posterior circulation isehemia, separately. Conclusion Abnormal results in BAEP and TCD have diagnostic significance in posterior circulation isehemia.
