摘要
国内外关于企业物流风险预警的研究已经积累了一定的经验,但从企业自身实际出发构建企业物流风险预警模型的研究还十分少见。鉴于此,本文根据北京地区制造业上市公司财务报告,选取一系列物流风险评价指标,利用主成分分析法,建立企业物流风险预警模型,评价分析北京地区制造业上市公司的物流风险,检验预警模型的有效性。结果显示,该模型具有较好的预警作用,尽管还需进一步完善,但可为制造业上市公司做好物流风险预警提供新的方法,也可为非上市制造企业开展物流风险预警提供借鉴。
The foreign researchers have already had so many experiences in the research of early warning of enterprise logistics risk. But there is almost no related research from the perspective of enterprises＇ practices. In order to formulate the logistics risk early warning model of listed corporations of manufacturing industry in Beijing, 52 A-stock listed companies of manufacturing enterprise in Beijing are taken as the study samples, the principal components analysis method is applied to the logistics risk index in 2011 financial reports of Sample Firms for extracting principal components to achieve simplified indicators. The validity of the constructed model is tested. It shows that, this model can properly play its role in early warning. Though the model has to be further improved, as a new method of logistic risk early warning, it can provide reference for non-listed manufacturing corporations＇ early warning of logistic risk.
