摘要
随着企业物流业务的迅猛发展,相应的风险也越来越大,如何对企业物流风险进行有效管理已经引起了实业界和学术界的关注。企业物流风险管理重在事前预警和预防,而不是事后的控制。从企业物流风险预警的概念分析入手,在详细阐述了企业物流风险的成因与征兆的基础上,深入探讨了基于供应链管理的企业物流风险预警机制,包括供应链管理与企业物流风险预警机制的关系、基于供应链管理的企业物流风险预警机制的特征,以及基于供应链管理的企业物流风险预警机制的构成。
With the rapid development of enterprise logistics business, enterprise logistics risk is also increasing. How to manage enterprise logistics risk effectively has given rise to concern about the industry and academia. Enterprise risk management focus on early warning and prevention in advance, rather than ex post facto control. Starting with an analysis of the concept of early warning of enterprise logistics risk, on the basis of the causes and signs of enterprise logis- tics risk elaborated in detail, and early warning mechanism of enterprise logistics risk based on supply chain management is discussed deep, which includes relationship between supply chain management and early - warning mechanism of en- terprise logistics risk, characteristics of early - warning mechanism of enterprise logistics risk based on supply chain man- agement, as well as composition of early - warning mechanism of enterprise logistics risk.
