摘要
在竞争价值模型和知识共享理论的基础上,建立组织文化对ERP知识共享的影响模型,分别探索了企业内部的发展文化、组文化、等级文化和理性文化对ERP系统消化吸收阶段显性和隐性知识共享的作用机理。基于来自115家企业的343份调查问卷,采用结构方程模型对组织文化的作用机理进行了实证分析。分析结果表明:强调信任与参与的组文化有利于ERP隐性知识的共享;而强调内部稳定的等级文化和强调生产率的理性文化既有利于ERP显性知识的共享,又有利于ERP隐性知识的共享。
Drawing from competitive value model and knowledge sharing theory, we developed a research model to explore the impact of developmental culture, group culture, hierarchical culture and rational culture on ERP explicit and implicit knowledge sharing. Field survey was conducted and 343 questionnaires were collected from 115 firms. Results of structural equation modeling suggest that group culture has positive impact on ERP implicit related to both ERP explicit and knowledge sharing, while hierarchical ERP implicit knowledge sharing. and rational culture is positively
