摘要
非能量型甜味剂是不产能或产生很少能量的甜味剂,它们不被人体代谢吸收,适合于包括糖尿病患者在内的所有人群。非能量型甜味剂都是高倍强力甜味剂,再加上其无能量的特征,因此可以代替蔗糖作为甜味调味剂。本研究分别介绍了甜蜜素、糖精、安赛蜜、纽甜、阿力甜以及三氯蔗糖这六种人工合成的非能量型甜味剂的合成方法、安全性等内容。并综合目前国内外甜味剂市场的状况指出了其不足与发展方向。
Non-energy sweeteners produce a little energy or do not produce, they are not metabolic and absorbable to all groups of people, including patients with diabetes mellitus. Non-energy sweeteners are highly potent sweeteners, so they can replace sucrose as sweet flavoring agent. In this study, sodium cyclamate, saccharin, acesulfame potassium, neotame, aspartame and sucralose, these 6 kinds of synthetic non-energy of sweeteners were reviewed. Then the synthesis method, safety are introduced, and the shortages of sweeteners are pointed out and development direction of the market at home and abroad are proposed.
