The New Extension of the Multitechnology of Percussive and Rotating Drilling

摘要 多工艺冲击回转钻进技术具有钻进效率高、孔内事故少、钻头寿命长、设备质量轻等一系列优点 ,近年来愈来愈受到国内外钻探界的关注。全面介绍了该项工程技术在我国工程地质勘察、锚固工程、大直径基岩桩孔工程、水文水井钻凿以及非开挖铺设管线中的应用现状。由于紧密地与生产实际结合 ,使得冲击回转钻进的新工艺、新方法日臻完善。我国钻探界已将该项技术应用于石油天然气钻井、大陆科学钻探、水下钻孔、干旱岩溶地区水井钻凿等工程中 ,解决了许多生产技术难题 ,使得该项技术的应用领域不断拓宽。 Multi-technology of percussive and rotating drilling has a serial of advantages, such as the high drilling efficiency, few accidents in the hole, long life of the pits and light quality of the equipment. More and more experts in the drilling field pay close attentions to it in recent years. Combining lots of typical projections, this paper introduces the application of this technique in many fields of our country such as the engineering-geology exploration, archoring, large-diameter rock socket drilling, water-well drilling and laying line by means of trenchless technology. Because of connecting this technique with the practice closely, the engineers and technicians make the new technology and new ways of it more perfect. Now, our drillers have applied it in the oil and gas drilling, continental science drilling, submarine drilling and water-well drilling in the arid and Karst area. It diminishes a lot of difficulties in the production As a result, the application of this technique will become broader and broader.
