摘要
从双系统电脑横机控制系统的组成部分入手,以Windows XP为开发平台,以Visual C++6.0软件为开发工具,采用CAN总线的上位机和DSP下位机的两级控制结构开发双系统电脑横机上位机控制软件,以实现对以DSP为核心的电脑横机的操作与控制。介绍了PC和DSP下位机的两级控制结构、数据转换、软件的设计思路以及软件操作界面的设计,并详细阐述了系统参数设置模块、运行模块、文件操作模块、串口通讯这4部分内容。在浙江恒强335系列电脑横机上的测试结果表明,与传统的控制软件相比,该软件界面更友好,实时性强、可实现复杂的花型编织,有助于提高国产电脑横机的技术水平。
Based on the components of the control system of double system computerized flat knitting machine, the paper develops one kind of upper-computer control system by using the two-stage control structure with CAN bus for upper-computer and DSP for lower-computer. It can complete the operation and controlling to the computer knitting machine which has DSP as its core with Windows XP as the development platform and Visual C++ 6.0 software as the development tool. The paper introduces the two-stage control structure, data transformation, software design and interface design for PC and DSP lower-computer. Besides, it also mainly focuses on the four parts of the system such as the system parameter setting module, moving module, file operation module and serial commu- nication module. The tested results on the 335 series computerized flat knitting machine show that the system pos- sesses better friendly interface and more strong real-time control when compared with the traditional control soft- ware, which can improve the technical level of domestic computerized flat knitting machine.
