摘要
针对针织机电气控制系统存在的逻辑性强,电磁铁干扰严重,接地要求高和连续运行时间长等问题,分析系统中干扰源的种类和产生的原因,据此提出了相应的抗干扰设计措施,具体包括使用交流滤波器和TVS减少电源干扰,使用光电耦合器、泄流二极管和灭弧器等减少电磁铁和控制继电器产生的干扰,使用FPGA/CPLD防止电磁铁误动作,通过良好的接地系统保证设备安全运行,采用看门狗技术和可靠性设计理念提高控制软件抗干扰能力,并将其综合应用于手套机电气控制系统中,实际使用表明获得了较好的抗干扰效果。
To solve the problem of poor reliability of the knitting machine, which results from the operating characteristics of its electrical control system including the strict logic sequence, severe interference of electromagnet, reliable grounding requirement and very long working time, a new design of anti-interference is put forward accordingly based on analyzing the types and origin of interference in the control system. In this design, the AC filter and TVS are used to reduce the power interference, and the photoelectric coupler, releasing-current diode and spark-extinguisher are added to prevent the electromagnets and relays from producing interference. FPGA/CPLD can guard the punctual operating time of all electromagnets. The fight grounding system insures safe operation of knitting machine. The watchdog technology and reliable design concept improve the anti-interference ability of the control software. The above proposed methods are synthetically applied to the electrical control system of glove knitting machine, and the practical application indicates that good anti-interference result is achieved.
