LASIK术后5年双眼继发性圆锥角膜1例 被引量:4

摘要 继发性圆锥角膜是准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术( laser in situkeralomileusis, LASIK )术后最严重的并发症之一,但是以往大多数病例任术前就可查处一定的异常,且术后发病时间一般在2年以内,这在一些文献一”都有报道,但对于术前检查几乎完全正常、术后5年才发病的继发性圆锥角膜印很少见。
