摘要
目的探讨可吸收肋骨钉内固定术治疗多发性肋骨骨折的临床效果。方法 86例多发性肋骨骨折患者随机分为2组,每组43例,观察组给予可吸收肋骨钉内固定术治疗,对照组给予传统保守治疗,对比2组治疗效果及并发症。结果观察组肋骨骨折愈合优良率为95.3%,显著高于对照组的69.8%(P<0.01);且观察组骨折连续性恢复时间、胸痛持续时间、总住院时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),而胸廓畸形愈合率、肺不张发生率以及肺部感染的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论可吸收肋骨钉内固定术治疗多发性肋骨骨折疗效可靠,并发症少,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effects of absorbable rib nail fixation in patients with multiple rib fractures.Methods 86 patients with multiple rib fractures were randomly devided into the observation group（n=43） and the control group（n=43）.The observation group were treated with absorbable rib nail fixation,while the control group were treated with conservative treatment.Then the clinical effects and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Excellent rate of rib fracture healing in the observation group was 95.3%,significantly higher than 69.8% in the control group（P0.01）;recovery time of continuity of the fractured rib,chest pain duration,hospital stays in the observation group were all significantly shorter than the control group（P0.01）;incidence of thoracic malunion,pulmonary atelectasis,and pulmonary infection of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of absorbable rib nail fixation has exactly effects in patients of multiple rib fractures with fewer complications,and it is worthy of promotion.
