摘要
桃红四物汤是中医活血祛瘀的经典方剂,为清代名医吴谦所创,具有养血活血祛瘀之功效。在骨伤科中的应用较为广泛,尤其是骨伤科术后的应用。文章通过对近十余年桃红四物汤治疗骨伤科术后肿痛、发热、感染、预防下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)、促进康复锻炼、促进伤口及骨折愈合的临床应用及研究进展进行综述,以期为应用桃红四物汤治疗骨伤科术后相关并发症提供一些参考思路。
Taohong Siwu Decoction is a classical prescription for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine. It was created by Wu Qian, a famous doctor in Qing Dynasty. It has the effect of nourishing blood circulation and removing blood stasis. It is widely used in orthopaedics and traumatology, especially after orthopaedics and traumatology. In this article, the clinical application and research progress of Taohong Siwu Decoction in treating swelling and pain, fever, infection, prevention of deep venous thrombosis (DVT), rehabilitation exercise, wound healing and fracture healing after orthopedics and traumatology surgery in recent ten years were reviewed, so as to providing some reference ideas for clinical application of Taohong Siwu Decoction in treating related complications after orthopedics and traumatology surgery.
